We currently operate in Malaysia. Our delivery covers the whole Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding Selangor areas). Kindly contact us if you are unsure about your location is within our coverage.

We deliver mostly to commercial areas with exception to certain residential areas. If you’re operating home based business, kindly reach us at hello@ohmygrocer.com before placing order to avoid any complications.

We deliver from Monday – Saturday except Sunday and Public Holidays. Deliveries typically arrive between 9am – 6pm.

For order that complete before 3pm of a working day, we will deliver to your doorstep the next working day. Or else, the delivery will be arranged the next following working day.

Please note that OhMyGrocer is at our infancy phase. We try our very best to deliver within the promised date and time. Any inconvenience caused during this period is deeply regretted. At OMG, we do whatever we can to honor our promised!

We’ll do our best to let you know ahead of time if there is a change to your expected delivery date, via email or call.

However if your delivery arrives after the day it was supposed to arrive or if you have concerns about the condition of your order, please contact our Customer Experience team and we’d be happy to advise.

Advance notification via call is needed to provide immediate and proper arrangement and rescheduling for your order. If you are not available, kindly arrange and authorize someone on your behalf to accept your order. Any individual at the delivery address who accepts a delivery from us is presumed to be authorized to receive such delivery.

If you failed to inform us and understanding that if you are receiving temperature sensitive ingredients, OhMyGrocer cannot guarantee and isn’t liable for any lost or damaged deliveries.

All items are carefully packed and maintained at appropriate temperatures during transit. We make every effort to ensure that each order arrives at your doorstep without compromising its condition.

Delivery fee is RM10 and free delivery if amount is RM90 or more.

Return and Refund

Should you find that any times you receive are incorrect or the condition is not up to your satisfaction, you should reject it on the spot by informing our driver. Due to the sensitively condition of our product, confirmed items once received and accepted are not eligible for return.

If you have a valid reason or complaint about the item, please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving your order.

Refund request will be processed within 5 work days. Once approved, refund will be in the form of store voucher. Customer will received voucher code to be used for the next purchase.


Yes. We recommend you plan your orders ahead to avoid any last minute hassle.

You can expect to receive your orders as early as the next working day in certain areas and within 5 working days for other areas after confirmation.

When you successfully placed an order you’ll see a thank you order status page and receive an order confirmation email.

No minimum order for now.

We accept major Credit Card payment (VISA & Mastercard), Internet Banking, E-Wallets and Bank Deposit.

We take pride in sourcing the highest-quality products from our network of farmers and producers. Our products come from both local and imports.

It’s very important to us to furnish our customers as much information as possible about our products to help you make informed decision about your orders.

We provide standard product details for each product on our website, for more comprehensive inquiries please contact our Customer Experience Team.

We supply both Halal and non-Halal products.

Our team upholds a strict operation procedure and compliance to ensure that at no point do Halal and non-Halal items get in contact with each other from our facility right to your door.

Contact or email our Customer Experience team follow by providing the Order No, Item Id and please note the issue you had with the product.

Products with “Pre-Order” tag are items not in-stock but available upon request. A waiting period of 3 – 5 days is required from the date when order is placed and confirmed. Delivery date for orders with “Pre-Order” items will be adjusted accordingly until all items reached our warehouse.
